1 Leg X Guard Entry vs Mount
2 Part Technique - Release the opponent's downward mount pressure by creating a frame on one side of his body. Turn away from the opponent without exposing your back and bring your shin inside. Turn again towards the opponent and establishing the 1 Leg X Guard. If the opponent abandons the mount for Side Control, follow his transition with your foot Hook to allow space for the 1 Leg X Guard Entry.
