2 Part Technique - The Over Under is the strongest control used for the traditional Hook Sweep. The Collar and Elbow Control is a great substitute when the opponent balls up to prevent the initial Under Hook pummel.

I like how Marcelo goes into the details like "to keep the other foot on the mat."  However, when Marcelo went to the opposite side, he did not keep his right foot on the mat as much.
