2 Part Technique - Raise your opponent's feet off the mat to put him flat on his back in a less offensive position. Once on his back, dive your hands between his knees with your elbows held tightly to your body and secure double under control. Face away from the side you intend on passing to, and push down his thigh as you raise your leg into the air away from his hook. Bring your far knee back down to the floor against his near hip, and leap heavily onto his shoulders for Underhook and Head Control. If the opponent blocks your dive for Double Under by pinching his knees together, strike his thigh to the floor and land into the Folding Pass.
