Single Leg Takedown vs North South
1 Part Technique - If you cannot bridge your opponent enough off of you to make room for your legs to help free yourself from the north south position, rely on your arms to reverse the position and secure a single leg takedown. Reach inside the thigh of your opponent's leg and bridge up for enough space to be able to cross your other arm all the way over to the outside of his leg as you turn over onto your knees. Lock your hands together utilizing the gable grip, and tug his leg away from the mat so that he must fall onto his back where you can establish side control.
