2 Part Technique - If you can grab your opponent's wrist from the stand-up, the armdrag set-up is one quick move away for the Double Leg Takedown. Drag his arm across his body fast enough to grab onto his hips before he has a chance to react with a sprawl. One way to inhibit his ability to defend the Double Leg is to employ an ankle hook around the back of his leg for an Outside Trip.
