3 Part Technique - If you are shorter than you opponent Hip Throw using an Under Hook. If you are taller, grab over the opponent's back for the throw. Go immediately for the Armbar. If the opponent pulls the arm away, establish Side Control and move to the Mount position. Now, Armbar the opponent from the Mount position. If you cannot pull the opponent's arm for the Armbar, push the arm to mat for the Americana.
