Armbars from the Knee on Belly position

2 Part Technique - If the opponent only defends from Side Control, jump to the Knee on Belly position. When the opponent pushes your knee away because they are uncomfortable, this opens up space to pull the arm to you and rotate around for the Armbar. Now, if the opponent does not push the knee, but turn away from you, the other arm is exposed for the Armbar submission.
