2 Part Technique - If you can't cover your opponent's hip when he tries to roll out of your Seatbelt Control, quickly belly down after you land under him and raise his back up off the mat. If you expect him to roll, skip a step by round-offing over while maintaining the Seatbelt. Set in your strong-side hook and fall onto it to recover Back Control. If his arm is low enough, trap it under your leg when you step inside and apply your hook.
