3 Part Technique - As the opponent attempts recovering against your initial Folding Pass, continue pressuring into Half Guard while driving for the Under Hook. Use the control to pass the opponent's Half Guard. If the opponent prevents the space needed to under hook, create the opening yourself. Press down on the opponent's arm to force an opening reaction. If you are unable to create the Under Hook on the far side, you can use the control reversed. However, a near side under hook will only support the specific pass of crossing across the opponent.
