2 Part Technique - While engaged in a Hand-Fight for inside control from the Stand-Up, slip your arms over opponent's elbows, trapping him inside Double Overhook Control. Do not let him deepen his underhooks, thus allowing him to trump your control with Double Underhooks or a Bodylock. Using your Double Overhook Control, lift him onto his the balls of his feet as you spin your hip across his stance and reap your leg into his thigh. Steer his body over the top of your leg, bringing him forcefully down to the mat with Harai-Goshi. If for some reason he slips out mid-throw, snap him down into a Front Headlock and snap him down into the Turtle Position. If his neck is exposed, attack with a Guillotine Choke; if his neck is protected, improve your positioning by taking his back with the Seatbelt.

Gotta love the cross-training between BJJ and Judo/JJJ here.  Plus, training how to fall correctly can help in real life!

more bjj guys should take some time to learn just a few takedowns or at least fall correctly because throws will really change your game standing up instead of pulling guard and losing 2 points.
