2 Part Technique - If an opponent controls both your legs to negate your Butterfly Guard hooks, control outside his upper body to hold the position. Use the controls as your connection to Hook Sweep the opponent. As the opponent releases the control to prevent the Hook Sweep, immediately secure an Under Hook to win the position.

@thaijitsu1

it is difficult on a stronger heavier opponent, you have scoot closer to them to get the lift, its hard to get the distance perfect. What I tend to do is; I use it upset there balance, allowing me to get the underhook or I frame and pull my legs free because they have loosend there grips on my legs because of the tempted sweep.

I tried to do this move with a much heavier guy than me, but didn't work. Does this move works only with people up to your weight?

Thanks,

Michel.
