2 Part Technique - Counter the Over Under Guard Pass by crunching your body and stopping their diagonal pressure. With your Over Under Control, Hook Sweep the opponent to reverse the position. If the opponent is able to flatten your back before you counter, secure Half Guard to prevent the first initial pass. Bridge accordingly to their weight and pressure, forcing the opponent to post and give you space to swim for an Underhook. Hook Sweep with your new control. When the opponent posts his arm to prevent the sweep, chop at the arm to break his post.

This is great, because a lot of times you find yourself wondering where to go next in bottom half guard.  This opens up a ton of options.
