2 Part Technique - Marcelo teaches his advanced class how to use a guard pull to set up for a takedown; obtain control of your opponent's wrists or double up on one of his wrists as you sit to the mat. When the opponent tries to yank his arm free from your grips, use his break to help yourself generate enough momentum to lift back up off the mat onto your feet for the Single Leg Takedown.
