Bridge Escape vs Knee on Belly, Foot Wipe Escape vs Knee on Belly Position
2 Part Technique — Escaping from the Knee-On-Belly position can be distilled into four main points based on this lesson: (i) Defend against the Collar Grip and Hip Escape back to Guard. (ii) If he has your collar, the hip escape is ineffective in gaining distance, so apply the Bridging Sit-Up Escape. (iii) If he takes his weight off of you to counter the bridge, hip escape away and Foot-Wipe. (iv) Follow his hands with your own after the recovery to ensure a moment of safety.
