3 Part Lesson - Connect your hands and posture against the opponent's Rubber Guard to void his Omoplata. Prevent his foot from lacing into your support leg and rotate your thumb down throughout the escape. After shaking the opponent off, stay focused because your lead leg is exposed to being entangled. If he wins the Omoplata and breaks your posture, roll forward with your shoulders squared to the mat.
