Handfighting vs Butterfly, Guillotine Choke vs Single Leg Takedown from Seated Guard, Guillotine Choke from Mount Position
2 Part Lesson — Marcelo shows the proper technique for attacking the Seated Guard with a Guillotine Choke from Standing: [I] Divert your opponent's attention away from his neck by disrupting his base; pick both ankles off the mat, lifting his legs up and placing his back flat on the mat, and step inside with your lead leg to bait him with a Single. Once he grabs onto your leg, snap his head into the center of your chest and squeeze the Guillotine Choke. [II] If your opponent attempts to escape by diving underneath your base, incrementally slow down your drop using your foot, knees, shoulder, and forehead to rest safely on the mat in the Mount position. Once settled, place your elbow over his shoulder for the 'Marcelotine' finish.
