3 Part Lesson — Marcelo teaches a simple yet surprising counter to a common wrestling maneuver: [I] If your opponent tries to Peak-Out from underneath your Sprawl and Front Headlock Control, simply Mount over top of his attempt. Land heavily and prepare for him to react aggressively to offset the surprise. [II] If the opponent leaves his arms exposed as you step over to the Mount, transition your knees higher while overhooking his elbow onto your lap for the Spiral Armbar. Land off to the side of his shoulder, flexing downward with your leg across his chest and pinching his elbow with your other knee. [III] Make sure your foot is always free before sitting off to the side; this means you may have to drag his arm out of the way or swivel around it when you go for High Mount.
