Create torsion in their spine by planting your elbow against the opposite side of their head and putting them back flat on the mat. Transition to the S-Mount and fall back with control over the arm to finish with Jujigatame. [04:40] If your opponents' forearm dips low and out of reach, simply scoop up their wrist with your elbow and seize the wrist with your armpit.
