Guillotine Guard Pull from Standing → Hand Fighting to Single Leg Takedown
2 Part Lesson — Marcelo demonstrates the High-Elbow Guillotine aka "Marcelotine": [I] If you sense your opponent's neck is unprotected or vulnerable during the Hand-Fight from Standing, snap his head down, cover his neck with your chest, pull Half-Guard, and raise your elbow as high as possible, bending at the wrist. [II] When his neck isn't available for submission, fight his hands, knocking them out of the way to shoot for a Single Leg Takedown. You can push his arms down, or toss his hands out to the side; the Guillotine attempt will keep his mind busy while you switch up your attack.
