3 Part Lesson - Use the 2on1 Control from Closed Guard to securely navigate into Open Guard, then capture the opponent with a classic Triangle & Omoplata series by over extending his posture. If you feel your losing the Triangle or Omoplata, look to attack the opponent's arm instead by extending and pressuring against his exposed arm.
