Underhook & Head Control Armbar from Mount
Marcelo and Ali help Marc troubleshoot an Advanced Armbar from Mount utilizing Underhook & Head Control. Marcelo prefers to maneuver his hips more atop the opponent's chest in a "Technical Mount" to keep mobile as opposed to the offside yet stable "S-Mount". Pulling up on the hold allows clearance for your leg upon release as his head snaps back down to the mat. If you still encounter difficulty landing the submission, you can clean up the far arm by driving your knee over it before going for the Armlock.
