3 Part Technique - When your opponent makes a mistake, never let it slide; pounce on every opportunity to capitalize on his miscalculation. This is true in the case of your opponent attempting to stand up in your Closed Guard. If he steps up from kneeling with the wrong foot, i.e. posting up opposite to the side of his straightened arm, then take advantage of his unstable base by underhooking his leg and escaping your hip with a swing of your leg. Spinning into the proper angle for the Pendulum Sweep is a matter of generating momentum with the weight of your extended leg. Continue holding his sleeve as you ride him over into the mount position, wherein you may have the chance to finish him with the Americana. If during the Pendulum Sweep you realize mid-swing that his arm is considerably deep, throw your leg over his nape and finish him with the Armlock. Make sure to control his posture by clamping down on his neck and back with both of your calves independently. If you have trouble swinging your leg around to turn the corner, you can always resort to placing your foot on his hip and escaping your hip to the needed angle.
