2 Part Lesson — Marcelo maintains Back Mount Control: [I] If your opponent removes your hook from Back Mount while he is in Turtle, use your Seatbelt to roll him over where you can slip your hook back inside. [II] If your opponent tries to place his back on the mat while you are underneath him in Back Mount, take out your hook and use it to bridge him over onto the "Strong-Side" where he cannot readily escape. If he tries to turn back to the "Weak-Side" use your foot to hook behind his knee and keep him back over on the side that it is harder to escape.
