Breaking the Closed Guard, Circling Pass, Over Under Pass vs Half Guard

2 Part Technique - Control inside the opponent's arms to protect your legs when you stand to break the closed guard. If you get caught in Half Guard when Circling to Pass, use the Over Under Pass vs Half Guard. The Over Under Pass is the same in Nogi as in Gi, just the pass uses different controls. Nogi requires the Under Hook and Head Control for the most secure position. Use the bottom of your foot and not the top to finish the guard pass.
