3 Part Lesson — Marcelo has Matheus & Marcos demonstrate Standing Grip Breaks: [I] If your opponent settles onto a Collar Grip, use both hands locked together to strike outward against the inside of his arm to break the grip. [II] If you encounter difficulty with the first technique, extend away to stretch his arm and duck underneath it, striking from the other side. [III] Prepare to post against the opponent's shoulders if he tries to shoot a Double Leg Takedown after your escape his grips.
