North South Choke
Marcelo helps Halie troubleshoot various problems she encountered while trying to finish with the North/South Choke. Self-admittedly, this technique took Marcelo approximately five years of practice before he considered it mastered. However, the time is well spent considering how low risk the choke proves to be if it fails, in addition to its readily available application against opponents who do not want to relinquish their back.
