2 Part Lesson — Marcelo turns a loss of Back Control into an Armbar or Sweep: [I] If your standing opponent is able to Hula-Hoop you around his body and tilt you off of his back, transition your Seatbelt Control into a Cross-Overhook from Closed Guard. When the opponent raises his head, swing your leg across his face and extend your body to isolate his arm and hyperextend his elbow for the Armbar. [II] If you land in Half Guard with the Overhook, secure a grip on the opponent's belt and transition to Butterfly-Half Guard. Execute a Reverse Hook Sweep toward his missing post, or perform a Belt & Underhook Control Hook Sweep if his weight is in the opposite direction.
