Taking the Back from Front Headlock, Crucifix Armbar from Back
Advanced Lesson Part 2 of 3 -- Marcelo takes his opponent's back from the Front Head-Lock: If your opponent develops a strong Under-Hook before you have a chance to control their triceps with your weight and elbow, opt for the Front Head-Lock Position; use a Seat-Belt or Gable Grip to secure their head and arm while still maintaining pressure against their triceps with your elbow. Stuff their arm towards center-line and occupy the space behind their triceps with your knee before releasing the Front Head-Lock and fastening the Seat-Belt. Stay on top and hunt for a Crucifix where you can finish with an Arm-Lock.
