Marcelo discusses with Tim & Jimmy about breaking down an opponent from behind to take their back: If you are holding your opponent's waist from the rear-side with a body-lock, shove them forward with your shoulder to force them into a Quad-Pod (four-footed) base. While their hands are preoccupied with the floor, use this moment to release your grip to jump up onto their back for the Seat-Belt & Back-Hooks. Don't hesitate after nudging them forward; immediately connect your jump with the momentum of the off-balancing.
