Hand Fighting from Step Over Armbar, Far Side Overhook Armbar from Side Control
2-Part Advanced Lesson -- Braulio continues with an attack against the arm on the far-side: If your opponent is able to defend your initial attack on their near-arm with the Step-Over by applying a defensive figure-4, push behind their far-triceps and pummel your hand through their grip for a Reverse Over-Hook. Fasten your hands together with a Gable-Grip and use the hold to rotate your opponent up onto their side for a far-side Kimura or Armbar. [8:00] When turning your opponent onto their side with your Reverse Over-Hook, focus on placing downward pressure onto their torso with your under-hooking forearm.
