Marcelo helps Dominyka out with a pesky Butterfly-Hook: If your opponent grabs onto your pants while holding up your leg with a Butterfly-Hook on the same side, first grab their wrist and break off their grip; next, keep your leg heavy against their hook as you extend it down and away towards Side-Control. If their hook continues to remain sticky while attempting to slide off of it, opt to quickly step over their knee directly into the Full-Mount Position. Remember to keep your leg low with your heel facing up when looking to extend your leg and slip free from the Butterfly-Hook from Half-Guard.
