2 Part Technique - Wedge your knee inside and use your heal to force the Crucifix. If the opponent's elbow is hidden inside, control his wrists, and bend his arm open to Crucifix. Use accuracy and speed to dig your arm underneath the opponent's chin for the choke. If the opponent resists everything defenselessly, sit him using Seat Belt control. This new position will give you a clear path to inserting your hooks for points. If the opponent's arm is relaxed, trap both arms for an easier submission.
