2 Part Technique - During the handfight, if your opponent happens to pummel out your underhook, prepare to crunch forward and brace yourself against his forward pressure so you don't flatten out onto your back and give him the opportunity to use his superior double under hook control for a pass. Quickly lock your hands together to form Double Over Hook Control around his arms and place your foot on top of his knee to help kick out his post for the Hook Sweep. If he realizes your intention to sweep and starts retract his failed underhooks, latch onto his wrist and force it between your legs as you throw up for the triangle. Remember to keep your top leg that is across the back of his neck parallel with his shoulders to finish.

@Bexy
yeah you can run on your shoulders by moving side to side. here is a video by Denny Prokopos demonstrating it (he talks about it at about at the 2:19 mark if you don't want to hear about Rubber guard to triangle.)

Hi

Pleas can you help.

In this technique, what happens if he continually drives forward into my triangle in an attempt to stack and smash down into my choke?  Pileing my knees close to my head.  Is there a way to I scoot back to get him low enough to make my angle on the neck without geting piled over?

Thanks

Billy
