Bridge, Sit Up, and Elbow Push Escape vs Side Control

3 Part Technique - Use a strong bridge to try and escape the Side Control first. If the opponent counters by switching his base, you can rock your legs and use momentum to Sit Up. Now, you cannot gain the momentum to get on top, so the Elbow Push Escape is a strong technique to free yourself from the bottom.
