1 Part Technique - Previously, Henrique taught a lesson concerning escape from the Headlock in Side Control; wherein, if your opponent allows for you to build a frame against his face, and push his head within reach of your legs for the Head Scissors Escape. This time he hides his face from the frame, only letting you lightly push against the side of his head. Escape your bottom elbow, bridge into his backside, and step over his hip, setting in a top hook. After posting both of your hands on the mat, if he continues to hold on to the headlock, he will fall victim to an unorthodox version of shoulderlock, that resembles a yoke around your neck. If it slides off, no matter, because he readily exposes his back for the Seatbelt. Set your bottom hook, and look to finish the fight with a Collar Choke from the Back. Do not extend your arms to apply the finishing pressure; simply pull his bottom lapel, rock up on your choking elbow, and try to look at his facial expression.
