1 Part Technique - If your opponent stabilizes a headlock by capturing your tricep along with head control, you will no longer be able to apply the basic escapes that involve either building a frame, or hiding your elbow. To escape the Scarf Hold position, lock a gable grip around his torso and walk your hips adjacent to his. Post both feet onto the mat, and bridge him over your far shoulder. If he continues to hold onto your head, initiate the sequence to remove the headlock, straightening his arm, and finish with the Armbar from Mount.
