2 Part Technique - If the opponent spins to an inverted guard to capture the leg for a Knee Bar, counter the situation by pulling your leg out immediately. However, the opponent may be able to triangle your leg to start the submission. Jump to the ground and pull your leg out with the help of your free leg to kick and push. The body movement to the escape is similar to a shot for a takedown. Now, if you cannot free the leg, turn and face the opponent while grabbing the arms and hands to free the leg. Triangle your legs and flatten the opponent out to free your self from the position.
