2 Part Technique - After pushing the opponent's to the mat, he may lasso around your arm to play Spider Guard. A common technique from the position is to invert underneath to attempt an Omoplata. As he inverts, capture his head with a crossface while twisting your wrist to the outside of his hook on your arm. Since you don't have the underhook, drive your weight forward onto his chest as the opponent releases the lasso to recover. If you can't free your sleeve from his grip, circle to the North South and yank out your arm from there. Look to seize a Kimura Grip around his arm to stablize the position; If he turns away, attack his back with the Seatbelt.
