Side Control Cradle and North South Choke vs Turning In
3 Part Lesson - As the opponent turtles against your Side Control, cradle and pin him back to defeat his under hook and possibly expose his neck momentarily to a North South Choke. If a strong opponent continues to turn into your submission to escape, block his hips to keep the alignment to choke.
