Lesson Part 2 of 2 -- Marcelo concludes his lesson with a drill: The easiest sweep you can get is one where your opponent sweeps themselves; take advantage of the opportunity to rise up and collect two points whenever your opponent falls back with your foot for a Straight Ankle-Lock. It is best to try and ride up using your opponent's falling momentum to help pull yourself on top. If your opponent is cranking your foot, don't twist or flail to escape from tapping out; you may be risking serious injury to your knee joint if not done properly.
