3 Part Technique - Raising your hips into the air from Turtle is an excellent counter after your opponent takes your back without the Seatbelt, or when he is too high on your shoulders. Just be wary of the armbar as he falls off of your back; keep your elbows tucked in close to your sides. Bounce to shake him free if he is tight, and try to capture his arm if he posts on the mat to set his hooks.
