2 Part Technique - Sprawl against an opponent's Single Leg and keep your feet away from his legs to prevent him from circling. Turn towards the opponent to use your hips against the opponent's grip, forcing it open. If the opponent is able to circle, sit with your leg outside to set up an Omoplata.
