Frame Escape vs Underhook & Head Control, Hook Sweep from Half Guard
1 Part Technique - Build a frame in front of your opponent's face if he locks Underhook & Head Control; this can be assisted with a bridge. You may need to bridge into both directions to remove his crossface and frame hard enough to undo his underhook, gaining one of your own for a Hook Sweep from Half Guard.
