4 Part Technique - When you've lost the Hand-Fight while playing Butterfly and your opponent is able to knock you back with Double-Unders or a Bodylock, immediately look to sit up and apply Double Overhook Control for the Hook Sweep. Remove of your hooks and kick out his knee as you lift with your remaining hook into Mount. If he posts his leg far out as you sweep, simply use your bottom foot to slide his leg within reach of kicking it out. If he captures you in half after the Hook Sweep, hold the overhooks and post your forehead on the mat for the Knee Slide Pass.
