2 Part Technique - Immediately break the grips when an opponent tries to establish a control. Now, grab around the opponent to impose your own. When the opponent pulls an arm out to regain control and mobility, quickly Hook Sweep with your new Over / Under Control. However, if the opponent switches to holding your legs together to pass before you can break the grips, free your knees by pushing and pulling. Now, when you sit back up there will be space to transition into the Over / Under Control. Hook Sweep to finish the technique.
