2on1 Control from Butterfly, Short Hook Sweep from Butterfly, Triangle from Butterfly, Omoplata from Triangle Choke
3 Part Lesson — Marcelo teaches a sweep and submission combination off of 2on1 Control from Butterfly: [I] Gaining the cross sleeve in a pistol grip and cupping the elbow, look to press your foot on the opponent's knee to straighten him out for the Short Hook Sweep. [II] If the opponent steps up to base out against the sweep, fire your leg high over his shoulder to lock up a figure-four and finish with a Triangle Choke. [III] If the opponent posture up out of the Triangle, immediately transition his arm across your lap for the Omoplata.
