2 Part Technique - The Bow and Arrow Choke is the strongest Gi Choke from the Back Position. Use your under hook hand to assist in giving your choking hand the opponent's lapel. Grab around your opponent's head and pull back to create space for a tighter choke. Instead of just grabbing your opponent's pant leg for the Bow and Arrow Choke, reach under for a stronger submission.
