Bow and Arrow Choke from the Back
2 Part Technique - The Bow and Arrow Choke from the Back is the strongest of Gi Chokes. When you secure the collar with your hand, lift the opponent's head with your other hand and place the collar inside for a completely secure submission. Rotate around and grab the leg of the opponent while freeing your leg underneath. When you have control of the pants it's better to grab underneath the leg for the most secure position.
