Mount, Americana from Mount, Armbar from Mount
2 Part Lesson — Paul teaches how the Americana and Armbar are correlated in Mount: [I] The Americana (aka Keylock, Ude Garami, Double Wristlock, et al) can be applied from Mount by forcing the opponent's wrist down to the mat by his head, and lacing a figure-four grip around the arm for the Shoulderlock. [II] If the opponent tries to defend the Americana by rescuing his arm with his other hand, take the space behind the crossed elbow and transition into the Armlock Position for the Armbar from Mount.
