2 Part Lesson — Marcelo shows a connection between the Omoplata and Monoplata: [I] If your opponent rolls out of your Omoplata from Closed Guard, and he tries to come back up on top with his arm across your body, roll his elbow again for the Omoplata on his opposite arm. [II] If the opponent tries to come up on top after the Rolling Escape and you feel like you're losing control of his elbow, post behind with your hand and step over into the mount for the Monoplata.
